This is Faun's third release of Sauvignon Blanc and once again they have produced a true gem. The twenty-one day fermentation helped develop a gorgeously aromatic nose that jumps out of the glass. Tropical and floral notes are the standout flavors of this wine. Balanced by firm acidity, a slight herbal edge and a bit of grassiness, this wine is truly well rounded; A perfect addition to your summer day. Try it with Coconut Shrimp, Curry chicken or an array of your favorite cheeses. Enjoy!
